Life Sciences Advisory Group BioConnect AG becomes Corporate Finance Partners CFP BioConnect AG
Frankfurt am Main, 13th August 2008:. BioConnect AG, the Corporate Finance / M&A advisory group specialised on the Life Sciences Industry, announced that it will operate with immediate effect as Corporate Finance Partners CFP BioConnect AG. With this partnership, BioConnect will assume an even closer role within the Corporate Finance Partners Group ("CFP "). The aim of the integration into the international network of the CFP group is to work together more closely in the areas of business origination, PR, marketing, research, and transaction execution. The stronger ties will help both entities to capitalize on sector and knowledge related synergies on an international level.
BioConnect has specialized in financing and M&A advisory services for Life Sciences and MedTech companies since 1999. Their founder, shareholder and CEO, Klaus Nestler, has over 20 years experience in M&A and financing, including 10 years as an investment banker with Warburg Dillon Read. The investment bank is now part of UBS. Nestler and his team have executed more than 20 growth financing rounds and have successfully completed numerous M&A mandates.
